Accessibility and Transition Plan

The Town of Belmont was awarded a Community Compact Grant in 2020 to prepare a report on accessibility issues Town-wide. The Town engaged with the Institute for Human Centered Design(IHCD) to prepare an ADA Transition Plan. The IHCD spent several months reviewing policies and surveying buildings and parks. Please review the draft reports found on this page. We would appreciate your feedback regarding these reports. Comments and suggestions regarding the report can be sent to the Select Board at selectboard@belmont-ma.gov
