Facilities Department

The Facilities Department reports to the Public Facilities Board and is responsible for maintaining over one million square feet of buildings and grounds under the control of the Board of Selectman and the School Commitee

The Facilities Department is also responsible for making recommendations to the Capital Budget Committee for long term improvements to all Town & School buildings.

All repair and maintenance expenses fall within the Facilities Department budget beginning with Fiscal Year 2017.
