Community Development - Plumbing & Gas Division

 

The Town of Belmont will only accept the Massachusetts Uniform Application for Plumbing or Gas work.

 

The Plumbing and Gas Inspector is responsible for enforcing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Fuel Gas and Plumbing Code (248 CMR).

 

Inspections can be scheduled by calling the Office of Community Development/ Plumbing & Gas Division at 617-993-2662. 

 

Please note that Plumbing & Gas Permits are issued only to Commonwealth of Massachusetts Licensed Plumbers & Gas Fitters.
