FY 2024 4th Quarter RE/PP Tax Bill Announcement

The Treasurer/Tax Collector’s Office has mailed all 4th Quarter FY 2024 Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills. The due date of these bills is May 1, 2024. If you have not received your tax bill, please contact the Treasurer/ Tax Collector’s Office at 617–993–2770 or treasurers@belmont-ma.gov. Taxes may be paid online, by check through mail, or in person via check or cash.

On January 1, 2024, our partner, City Hall Systems, began processing online payments for real estate taxes, excise taxes, and personal property taxes for Belmont residents. For your convenience, bills may be paid online through the links located on our website under Online Tax Payments.
