Bill Announcement - FY2024

The Treasurer/Tax Collector’s Office has mailed all First Commitment Excise Tax Bills for all vehicles garaged in Belmont as of January 1st. The due date of these bills is March 14 , 2024. If you have not received your tax bill, please contact the Treasurer/Tax Collector’s Office at 617–993–2770 or treasurers@belmont-ma.gov. Excise taxes may be paid online, by check through mail, or in person via check or cash.

On January 1, 2024, our partner, City Hall Systems, began processing online payments for real estate taxes, excise taxes, and personal property taxes for Belmont residents. For your convenience, bills may be paid online through the links located on our website under Online Tax Payments.
