Belmont's New Payment System-City Hall Systems

On January 1, 2024, our partner, City Hall Systems, began processing online payments for real estate taxes, excise taxes, and personal property taxes for Belmont residents.

With City Hall Systems, you can: 

• Pay your bills from the Town’s website or at www.cityhallsystems.com using a credit card, debit card, or e-check from your computer or mobile device

City Hall Systems allows you to set up an Auto Pay Account. Auto Pay account holders may:

•  Receive bills electronically (go paperless)
•  View and manage bills electronically
• Track billing/payment history
•  Setup automatic payments
