Building Belmont's Future Survey Extended to December 9th

The submission deadline for the The 2023 Housing production Plan Community Survey has been extended to December 9, 2022.

The Town of Belmont is partnering with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), the regional planning agency for Greater Boston, and Metro West Collaborative Development, a regional nonprofit, to update the town’s Housing Production Plan (HPP). An HPP includes strategies for creating new housing in the next five years in ways that respond to local housing needs and advance the community’s housing goals. Your input will help ensure that the goals and strategies in Belmont’s next HPP reflect the community’s priorities!
