Simply register with City Hall Systems to access all the new, user-friendly convenience features that are available. Using the City Hall Systems payment portal, you'll be able to update your preferences, such as enrolling in paperless billing (eBilling), AutoPay, bill history, and other features. Be sure to have your bill number handy to locate your invoice as well as putting Belmont as the municipality.
