The next public-ready draft of the Belmont Center Form-Based Code has been provided to the Town by the Consultant, Able.City on May 27th. You can access the version with the link provided here. The zoning will be discussed in Public Hearing in all Planning Board meetings going forward until further notice. This draft has not been comprehensively reviewed by staff or the Board yet and may contain typos and other errors. The Board will be discussing Uses and Definitions at theie Tuesday, June 3, 2025 regular meeting. A full schedule of topics to be discussed in Public Hearing will be available at the bottom of the project page.
