Please file your Driveway Resurfacing Application (PDF) and photos in person. Failure to provide all required materials will delay processing and approval.
Upon approval from the Office of Planning and Building, a Street Opening Permit is required from the Engineering Division, Department of Public Works, on the Ground Floor of the Homer Building.
Expand Existing Driveway (Adding to Existing Dimensions)
Provide a Certified Plot Plan showing new driveway limits and zoning compliance
Submit a check payable to "Town of Belmont" in the amount of $50
Allow approximately 5 days for processing
