The Municipal Parking Lots are located at:
- Claflin Street (Belmont Center)
- Cushing Square
- Waverley Square
The Municipal Parking Lots have signs at each entrance stating the rates and time limits for the lot.
Effective February 1, 2015 the rates for the Municipal Parking Lots are:
- $0.25 for 15 minutes
- $1 per hour
- $5 all day (Belmont Center only)
Monthly Parking Passes are available for employees of town businesses located in that lot area and commuters (limited quantity). Passes can be obtained at the police station at a cost of $90 per month. For information please call 617-993-2530
