The Town of Belmont has partnered with Black Earth Compost to offer curbside food waste collection.
How To Receive Collections
Residents must purchase a starter kit that comes with a bin and bin liners.
Residents may then subscribe for curbside service.
**Monthly fee along with a start-up fee for a lockable bin (13 gallon or 4 gallon) with compostable bag liners.
What Is Included In This Subscription?
Weekly and biweekly curbside pick-ups, based on the subscription plan chosen.
You will receive a voucher in the spring for a 10-poundbag of finished compost, redeemable at Wagon Wheel in Lexington.
