A memorandum prepared by Town Counsel addressing questions that have arisen regarding the 2011 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Select Board and the Friends of the Belmont Council on Aging concerning the Beech Street Center is available for your review on Town Meeting page.

Please note that the 2011 MOU was drafted by George Hall of Anderson & Kreiger who also reviewed and confirmed the legal opinion attached.
