This is the next in a series of updates for the public on the Belmont Center Zoning Project (August 19, 2025)

1. The Planning Board is holding the next Public Hearing session on the proposed zoning amendment tonight (Tuesday, August 19, 2025) at 7:00 pm (remote only)
2. There is a Public Information Session on the project at the Beech Street Center on September 11 (Thursday) at 7:30 pm. Please see Project Page for more information and to download a flyer.
3. We've provided a spreadsheet of the Fiscal Impact Analysis model to the project website.
4. We have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) also on the project website.
5. Staff and consultant are revising tables and graphics for the bylaw to respond to Board and other comments received.
