The Town of Belmont will only accept the Massachusetts Uniform Application for Plumbing or Gas work.
The Plumbing and Gas Inspector is responsible for enforcing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Fuel Gas and Plumbing Code (248 CMR).
Inspections can be scheduled by calling the Office of Planning & Building/Plumbing and Gas Division at 617-993-2662.
Plumbing and Gas Inspector office hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30AM - 8:30AM
Please note that Plumbing and Gas Permits are issued only to Commonwealth of Massachusetts Licensed Plumbers and Gas Fitters.
