For assistance installing your child safety seat, please fill out the online form.
Upon arrival to your appointment please have the seat unpacked and if possible attempt to install it on your own. Our techs will inspect your installation, make any needed corrections, and instruct you on proper installation.
All appointments are scheduled using the online form. Please note: Appointments are available on the first and third Thursdays of each month, between 10 am and 2 pm.
Please note that Lieutenant Elefteriadis is our only Child Safety Seat Technician. He works a rotating 24 hours on duty and 72 hours off duty schedule on a fire company. When emailing for an appointment please understand that due to his work schedule a response may take several days.
