Candlelit Vigils for Trans Lives In Person on November 17 and 18, 2021 (Wed/Thurs) at 6:30pm on Belmont Town Green (adjacent to 404 Concord Ave).
November 17-20, Belmont is hosting a labyrinth on the town green commemorating people killed in transphobic violence. All are welcome to visit and move through the labyrinth to reflect on these beautiful lives. On November 17 and 18, join us for candlelit vigils to honor the dignity of these lives in silent reflection. Sponsored by Belmont LGBTQ+ Alliance and Belmont Human Rights Commission.

This event will include reflections by local transgender women and nonbinary people of color (those most impacted by transphobic violence), a reading of names, and opportunities to talk about allyship.
