Abatement Application Deadline Update (February 1, 2021)
The Belmont Assessors Office will still accept applications up until 7:00 PM this Evening (February 1, 2021). The Assessors will accept the applications sent to Assessors@belmont-ma.gov, applications sent via the USPS with a postmark of 02/01/2021, or applications left in the silver box in front of the Homer Building (19 More Street). Applications can be amended at any time during the abatement review period but a signed application identifying the property must be received by 7:00 PM or with a postmark of 02/01/2021.
