RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION IMPACT CLAIMS

Town of Belmont Residents who believe their property may have been adversely impacted by construction activity from the Belmont Middle and High School project should promptly e-mail their potential claim to:

With a copy to: Town Administrator, Patrice Garvin: townadministrator@belmont-ma.gov

Please include in your email as much detail about your potential claim as possible – e.g., name, phone number, property location, nature of damage, when you noticed the damage, etc.

Once received, your potential claim will be reviewed by the appropriate insurance carrier for a response.

In the meantime, you are advised to consult with your own property insurance agent /carrier regarding your potential claim.
