To Belmont Town Meeting Members,

The Town Clerk's office has received a few inquiries from Town Meeting Members with questions about the impact of the delay of the Belmont Center Zoning By-Law amendments on the scheduled October 20th Special Town Meeting.  Just to be crystal clear.... 

The Special Town Meeting scheduled for October 20, 2025 will still be held, but without the article(s) for  Belmont Center Zoning.  

Town Meeting Members are asked to continue to reserve the following dates for the Special Town Meeting:  October 20, 22, 27 and 29th, as required to complete the business on the Warrant to be signed the week of September 29th. 

Once the Special Town Meeting Warrant is finalized and signed by the Select Board, it will be distributed  to Town Meeting Members and available to the public.
