Dear Belmont Town Meeting Members and Residents,

I'm writing to announce that Belmont's updated FY2027 CPA Plan, which includes the preliminary & final applications, is now available on the Town's website: https://www.belmont-ma.gov/DocumentCenter/View/2390/Community-Preservation-Plan-PDF

Belmont's CPC process for FY2027 is just beginning, with preliminary project applications due September 29th. The CPC will also host a public forum and information session at our next meeting, scheduled to meet remotely this coming Wednesday September 10th at 5:30pm. At this meeting we will review the CPA process and timeline and answer questions. If you are considering an application, I recommend joining the meeting:
