Up to date census information is required to verify residency within Belmont. The Town Clerk's office will certify the census form at no cost.
Homeowners will be required to submit a certified copy of the census to the school directly in addition to any documentation the school requires.
If you are renting, you will also need to supply the Landlord Verification Form. This form must be signed by the homeowner or signatory in front of a notary.
School Department Registration Forms are also available at the School Department, 644 Pleasant Street, Town Clerk' s office (Town Hall) and at each public school office.
The Town Clerk's office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
