Oakmont Lane (Woodfall Road) Request for Proposals
The Town of Belmont is seeking proposals for the purchase and development of approximately 5.25 acres (229,000 square feet) of vacant land located in the general vicinity of Longmeadow and Woodfall Roads in the Town of Belmont. The parcel is located in a Single Residence A Zoning District, which allows single-family homes. The Town has filed and recorded an approved 4 lot subdivision plan along with a roadway layout for this property. Development proposals for use of the entire parcel for one to four lots will be considered.
