The Bradford Development (formerly Cushing Village) was granted a Special Permit by the Planning Board on July 27, 2013.  The development includes 3 separate buildings: the Winslow on the site of the municipal parking lot, the Pomona at the corner of Trapelo Road and Common Street, and the Hyland at the corner of Common and Belmont Streets. The development will include approximately 38,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, 115 dwellings units on the floors above (60 two bedroom units and 55 one bedroom units) and 225 parking spaces (including 50 municipal spaces provided as a result of the sale of the municipal parking lot).  The development will also include 12 affordable housing units.  

On October 19, 2016, the documents regarding the development rights for the Bradford development and the purchase of the Municipal Parking Lot were recorded at the Registry of Deeds completing the purchase of this project by Toll Brothers.
