Assistant Attorney Generals Colb and Fernandez will speak about the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office’s Civil Rights Division and will take questions about recent developments, including the addition of “gender identity” to anti-discrimination laws relating to public accommodations, the Attorney General’s new Hate Crime Hotline, for reporting threats, harassment or violence based on race, religion, gender or sexual orientation, and immigration.
