The applicants seek TWO (2) SPECIAL PERMITS TO MAINTAIN THE NONCONFORMING FRONT AND SIDE YARD SETBACKS (front: 25’-0” required, 20.2’ existing and proposed; side: 10’-0” required, 7.9’ existing and proposed) in order TO CONSTRUCT A SECOND FLOOR ADDITION on top of an existing one story family room at the side of the home located in a Single Residence C Zoning District..
