NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING BY THE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS AND PLANNING BOARD

ON APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT AND DESIGN AND SITE PLAN REVIEW

The Town of Belmont Zoning Board of Appeals and the Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2005, AT 7:15 PM in the BOARD OF SELECTMEN’S MEETING ROOM, 455 Concord Ave., instead of TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2005.  The Boards will consider the application of URBANICA, INC., Thomas O’Malley, Agent, a SPECIAL PERMIT to maintain the existing nonconforming setbacks, in order TO REMOVE THE EXISTING LIBRARY ADDITION and CONSTRUCT A TWO-STORY ADDITION in its place (required – 27’-5”; existing and proposed - 6’-0”) AND DESIGN AND SITE PLAN REVIEW in order TO CONVERT THE FORMER WAVERLEY SQUARE FIRE STATION INTO 6 CONDOMINIUMS at 445 TRAPELO ROAD in a LOCAL BUSINESS I ZONING DISTRICT.
