1.      CASE NO. 04-27 –  SPECIAL PERMIT AND ZONING RELIEF
233-235 Waverley St., Angelo Firenze (d/b/a Giordano’s Bottega Italiana)

The applicant seeks a SPECIAL PERMIT under Section 1.5.2 of the Zoning By-Laws TO EXTEND A NONCONFORMING USE in order to PROVIDE 24 SEATS at the existing convenience store/deli (both the existing convenience store and seating are not allowed in this zoning district) and ZONING RELIEF OF 12 PARKING SPACES (1 parking space is required for each 2 seats) in a GENERAL RESIDENCE ZONING DISTRICT.
