Committee Members Attending: Joe Barrell, John Bowe, Patricia Brusch, Laurie Graham, Mark Haley, Bill Lovallo, Joel Mooney, Heidi Sawyer
Absent: Mary McHugh, Ike Papadopoulos, Greg Poulos, Lucy Pullen
Mark Haley called the meeting to order at 7:35 a.m.
- Wellington Building Committee
- Planning Board Hearing on 29 July
- Contract Documents under review by sub-committee
- Status; bids due 7 August
- Design Issues/ Architect Presentations
- Set 5 dates, 2 per week for presentations of various design issues working towards completion of DD by 31 August.
- Discussed potential to undertake construction under 149a; CM at risk. Will set up informational meetings for presentations of advantages/disadvantages
- JLA reported out on schematic design review, including potential reductions in footprint in order to meet Zoning requirements for as of right
- PMA 3 total - were put on hold until contract signed
- MSBA invoicing - Ike Papadopolous is working with Accountant and PMA to establish a system for tracking and payment including a cash flow schedule.
- Contracts JLA and PMA under review by MSBA will be bringing to Committee when completed
- Invoice from Lincoln Architects for architectural design services for the modulars. Ms. Brusch made a motion to approve payment of $16,332.46. It was seconded by Joel Mooney and unanimously approved.
Joel Mooney moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:15 a.m. Pat Brusch seconded and the motion was unanimously approved.
