Welcome to the McLean Redevelopment information page. This web page was developed in order to provide the residents of the Town up-to-date information on the development of the various aspects of this significant construction project.
Significant progress has been made in the past several months. Northland was issued building permits and has begun clearing property in order to commence construction.
Separate web pages were created for each development in order to allow the reader to review information pertaining to the development that you are interested in. As a reminder Northland Residential is permitted to construct 121 townhouse units, American Retirement Corporation (ARC) is permitted to construct 486 units and Belmont Value Realty is permitted to construct 150,000 square feet.
