Since the establishment of the Building Services Department in 1999, the goal of the department has always been to provide the Town of Belmont with professional maintenance and management of its public buildings.
The Building Services Department strives to maintain the Town’s buildings in a way that conveys the pride that we all share in them, especially in the beautifully restored historic buildings of the Town Hall Complex, the Homer Municipal Building and the Town Hall. The Department also services various other Town buildings including the Belmont Police Station, the two new Fire Stations – the Headquarters building located on Trapelo Road and the Substation on Leonard Street, the Senior Center, the Municipal Light Department Building on Concord Avenue, and the buildings located at the Town Yard.
We continue to welcome your questions and or comments and can be easily reached at the above mentioned numbers. The department is always available to discuss any concerns you may have regarding maintenance of our Town’s buildings.
