 A Vision for Belmont
The Belmont Comprehensive Plan is a framework to guide future decisions and policies governing a wide range of land-use related issues in Belmont. Developed over a two year effort by the Planning Board, Comprehensive Planning Committee, residents, business owners, community leaders and a consultant team, the Plan presents a Land Use Vision for Belmont. It identifies issues, opportunities and goals, and sets forth a proposed Action Plan of strategies to be considered in working towards the Town's Vision.
