The Facilities Energy Management Project Committee is appointed by the Town Moderator. This committee was established by a vote adopted under Article 4 at the Special Town Meeting held on April 28, 2004. Under that vote the Town Meeting Members authorized the Moderator to appoint a Facilities Energy Management Project Committee to oversee an energy audit of certain facilities of the town and to take any action required to implmement improvements to several town owned facilities.
